Dalton Ang

Dalton joined OnePrime Capital in 2024 as a Senior Associate and is based in the firm’s Palo Alto office. Dalton brings more than five years of investment banking and technology investing experience to OnePrime Capital. As a member of the firm’s investment team, Dalton is involved in all aspects of the investment process, including sourcing, due diligence, execution and portfolio management.

Prior to joining OnePrime, Dalton was on the investment team at B Capital for three years focused on growth stage investments in enterprise software and financial technology companies, including Clari, Pendo, Perimeter 81 (acquired by Check Point Software, CHKP), and Remote. 

Dalton started his career at Evercore in the technology mergers & acquisition team where he worked M&A transactions in the software sector for technology companies such as Xevo, AppRiver, Cofense, Innovative Interfaces and Uhana.

Dalton also served for two years as a combat medic and platoon leader in the Singapore Armed Forces.

Dalton holds a B.S. in Business Administration from University of Southern California.
