Connie Paiement

Connie serves as our chief financial officer, chief legal officer and chief compliance officer. Connie joined OnePrime Capital in 2018. Prior to OnePrime Capital, she was CFO and CLO at venture capital firms First Green Partners and BlueStream Ventures. Connie has spent more than 20 years in CFO and general counsel roles for venture capital funds. Connie is also a co-founder of Paiement Law Office, LLC.

Prior to starting her venture capital career, Connie was a partner at the Gray Plant Mooty law firm as well as a personal financial services tax manager with Coopers and Lybrand (now PwC).

Connie is an attorney and CPA.  She has a BA in Accounting from St. Thomas University and a JD from the University of Minnesota.
